| 2:21 am | I think I've really fucked myself up this time. Last week I sprained my back. It's been steadily getting better, although I've had to spend the last week sleeping in an armchair, which is not exactly great for my quality of sleep considering my variety of sleep disorders. Tonight, since I was feeling decent (almost no pain whilst sitting! Less pain whilst standing! Not even on my super-strength painkillers!) I thought I'd try sleeping in bed. no dice. Two and a half hours later, it hurts to straighten up, it hurts to bend, it hurts only marginally less to be sitting, and it hurts to breathe. And my pain meds are contraindicated with my Warfarin, so I'm terrified of actually taking them, because it hurts too much for the pathologists to be able to find my veins, apparently, and i couldn't get an INR done today even when I was feeling better. Oh, and it hurts to straighten my right leg, which is my pedal leg, which means it hurts to work. And I have a convention this weekend that I've promised to run a game at. and fuckign Christmas shopping, and hosting christmas at the flat becuase it's the biggest place anyone has that's not too far out west for my brother to travel, even though my sister comes up from fucking Canberra so he could suck it up and brave a 30-minute train ride or a ride from the my sister who lives five minutes away from him. If he's even planning on coming, since he hasn't answered any of the emails we've sent about it. And lifting my right arm hurts, because apparently everything you do on the right sie of your body comes from your lumbar muscles. |

I seem to be incapable of dying my hair without getting it all over my shoulders, neck, and oftentimes boobs. gdi, Glee made me look up the music video for MCR's Sing, and now I am a tiny bit in love with how pretty Gerard Way is. I am up to the penultimate chapter of my Supernatural Fic Of Doom and I don't want to finish it. :( Oh god so many things I need to write. My cat has worked out that the drawer in which we keep her catnip-and-feather toy has no back to it, and thus that she can get her toy by sticking her paws in the back and flailing until she grabs something. It's kind of adorable and annoying. |
